Dr. Mostafa Amini is an Assistant Professor of Information Systems at California State University, Long Beach (91ÖÆƬ³§). He received his Ph.D. in Management Science and Information Systems from Oklahoma State University (OSU). He also earned two master's degrees: one in Industrial Engineering and Management from OSU and the other in Socio-Economic Systems Engineering from Sharif University of Technology in Tehran, Iran. His primary research areas are data analytics and its business implications, data-driven decision making, explainable AI, network analysis and operations management with applications particularly in safety and healthcare systems.
