Chris Lowe, director of 91ÖÆƬ³§'s Shark Lab, was interviewed by about anglers illegally targeting juvenile great white sharks off Southern California piers. He said hooked sharks and fishing lines create dangerous situations for swimmers and surfers in crowded waters.
