The Student Affairs Recognition Event will annually recognize Student Affairs individual staff members, Student Affairs departments/programs, and a friend of Student Affairs for their significant contributions to advancing the mission of the division.
Nomination Deadline: Friday, May 1st, 2026 @ 5:00 PM
Nominations may be submitted by Student Affairs staff members (including Enrollment Services staff members, Student Auxiliary Enterprises employees, and 91ÖÆÆ¬³§ Foundation employees affiliated with Student Affairs).
INDIVIDUAL RECOGNITION CATEGORIES

Student Affairs Fellows
Student Auxiliary Enterprises (ASI & Beach Shops) employees
91ÖÆÆ¬³§ Foundation employees affiliated with Student Affairs
Provides exceptional student support, student service, or student advocacy.
Came together across teams, departments, groups to work on a project or ongoing effort.
Sparked an exciting, new, or transformative idea that made a big difference or needed change/improvement.
A 3+ year Student Affairs staff member who demonstrates excellence in their role by going above and beyond, performing exemplary work, and making a difference.
A Student Affairs staff member (< 3 years in Student Affairs) eager to grow and learn who demonstrates excellence in their role by going above and beyond, performing exemplary work, and making a difference.
Advanced inclusion, belonging, and accessibility through initiatives, programs, or other significant activities.
